An oyster safari includes an oyster school, oyster fishing, oyster opening, and tasting.
We offer two variants:
We start in the boathouse with an oyster school and some coffee, then go fishing for oysters. After that, we learn to open them and enjoy them raw and with various flavor accompaniments. Duration: about 2 hours. Price: 1000 SEK/person.
As above, with the addition of a meal of cooked oysters and mussels. Coffee and cake included. Duration: 3-4 hours. Price: 1500 SEK/person.
Water and light beer are included. Champagne glasses are available to borrow.
We work with sustainable use of our marine resources. By eating oysters and mussels from Sweden, we all help to reduce eutrophication in the seas and promote the biological diversity of oyster and mussel banks, which are currently being invaded by the sharp, delicious, and tasty Pacific oyster.
